These terms apply as between you, the User of this Website and Wabi Sabi Aromatherapy (“we” or “us”), the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the place order button at the end of the online order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order via a series of simple instructions on the Website.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order. This is not an order confirmation nor order acceptance from Wabi Sabi Aromatherapy Limited.

Please note, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you.
