*Our opening hours is irregular, please make appointment before pick up.

If you choose to pick up order at the studio or MTR Red Line, please pick up the goods within 30 days, no minimum order amount. If you need to request late pick up, please let us know in advance. Overdue of picking up orders will be discarded and no refunds will be provided, please pay attention, thank you!

Local Delivery

Hong Kong Delivery Charge: 

*For every single purchase of HK$399.00 or below, $30 delivery cost (by SF express) will be applied.


*For every single purchase of HK$400.00 or above, will enjoy one complimentary local delivery (by SF express)  (below 2kg & Underestimated at 30 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm ) included SF HK Coverage : Commercial & Industrial District, Residential address, SF Store / Service center, EF lock.
If the goods exceed 2kg and below HK$800.00, an additional shipping fee of HK$50.00 will be charged for every 5 kg of goods, and less than 5 kg of goods will be calculated for 5 kg.

*For every single purchase of HK$800.00 or above, will enjoy one complimentary local delivery (by SF express)  (below 5kg & Underestimated at 27 cm x 26 cm x 20 cm ) included SF Coverage : Commercial & Industrial District, Residential address, SF Store / Service center, EF lock.

If the goods exceed 5kg and below HK$1,600.00, an additional shipping fee of HK$50.00 will be charged for every 5 kg of goods, and less than 5 kg of goods will be calculated for 5 kg. 

Delivery terms and conditions:

Purchased goods will dispatch within 4-7 business days upon order payment confirmation, signature of recipient is required. No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Delivery will be delayed or suspended if the black rain signal / typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted.

Purchased goods are required to be signed upon delivery. If the delivery returned due to unsuccessful delivery, an additional delivery charge will be charged for next delivery request and which will be paid by the recipients. If the recipient cannot pick up the goods at the SF store/ locker before SF time limit, and all additional fees will be paid by the recipient.

By the way, the delivery time of the SF locker may delay due to the fullness of the locker or could be sent to the nearby SF network.

Wabi Sabi Aromatherapy will not verify the recipient's identity and has no responsibility upon the delivery.

If customers received products that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, he/she can notify us through email within 2 days through email (hello@wabisabiaroma.com). If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges and the additional delivery charges.

All Goods sold are not returnable. We will not accept change or return of any opened or used products.

When the order is shipped, it will only be accompanied by the delivery note. If you need a formal receipt, you must note the receipt when placing the order. If you need a formal receipt after delivery, we will only provide an electronic receipt. If you need a paper receipt, you need to go to the store by appointment. Self-collection, if you need to send a receipt, you will need to pay for postage.
